2019 offers a new level from which to work. More important than ever, this years workshops will emphasize re-connection to our planetary life force and developing relationship to the aspects of self that inhabit our bodies as Source energy.
2019 -Understanding Your Energy Body Workshop
2-day, 10-hour class
April 6-7 Saturday and Sunday, 11am-4pm
$135.
This is the foundational class that outlines all the basic vocabulary and understanding of the energetic and spiritual bodies. We will discuss how these high and low frequency systems interact with our physical bodies. The one spiritual and energetic constant we all share is our human body. We will be taking a non-religious view of how our modern version of the physical, energetic and spiritual mix known as human was achieved on this planet and what effects our wellness, happiness and creativity.
Included in this workshop are specific tools that help you create effective energetic boundaries and improve your personal and at-work relationships. We will talk about what a healthy energetic and spiritual body can do and how it can get wounded. We will cover what you can do to repair it. We will cover how to stay safe and balanced. We will discuss the higher functions of humans including intuition, clairvoyance and kinesthetic awareness.
This class is for new students and those who have been working and would like to improve their basic tool set.
2019-MORE: Workshops for advancing your personal healing of the energetic and spiritual systems
Third Sunday of each month, unless otherwise indicated, 1-5pm
Fee: 4 hour teaching $50. Snacks and drinks included
These 4-hour monthly workshops will present advanced topics that will help guide you through the healing of your energetic and spiritual systems. As we work through the year, we will build our knowledge of the tools to aid in deepening into the experience of working on our own healing. Each workshop will describe another layer of understanding. The topic for each monthly gathering will be based on the groups needs and development. I will demonstrate the use of the tools on participants which will foster a deeper understanding and further the experience as we utilize group effect to heighten our outcomes. Let’s build a new culture of possibility for ourselves and our world as we become more conscious, whole humans.
Prerequisite for participation in these workshops is completion of Understanding Your Energy Body Workshop Series.

2019-Journey Workshop Series
This journey workshop series will introduce or heighten your experience of journey work as a means to further our understanding of the forces that influence our physical, spiritual and energetic well being. In both workshops we will use the ancient rhythms of the drum to induce an altered for our journeys. These workshops can be taken together and built off from one another or individually
Workshop 1 Journey series: life force and connecting to your aspects of source energy
Fully experiencing the deep conscious cellular connection to our planetary life force is crucial to understanding the purpose and power of being human. This life force is the energy that promotes and provides the momentum for life and re- connection can aid in remedying many of the spiritual problems we currently face. We will take a series of journeys to establish a deep re-connection to this primal life force and learn how to maintain and foster this connection.
We each have a connection to source energy that communicates and guides us, provides inspiration and acts as a creative force. There are many streams within Source energy, that make up aspects of ourselves. Coming into relationship with each aspect of source energy can provide you a way to utilize and serve the fullness of the spirit inhabiting your body. We will journey to each of these aspects as individual parts of ourselves and learn to call on these spirits to support us in clearing and repairing our energetic and spiritual systems that support us in our life and creations as humans.
Whether you are experienced or just beginning this way of coming into relationship with yourself, this journey workshop will expand your inner intuition and deepen your understanding of your body and the energies that make up and fuel your spiritual, energetic and physical systems. This is a practice that roots you into your humanness and connects you to your divinity.

Workshop 2 Journey series: connecting to guidance, knowing your soul
Each of us is connected to and by a spirit that uniquely defines us. We are indeed each of us a snowflake, our spirit creating a human unlike any that has ever lived before. Uncovering that uniqueness and coming to know yourself at the soul level is the precursor to creating the possibility of embodying your soul and fully living out your spiritual path. We work to clear and repair our energetic and spiritual systems to create an intact vessel that provides the means for the soul to fully inhabit our human body. Fostering a relationship with our soul as we work increases the momentum for change while we heal the vessel. And, we have other spiritual relationships that guide us that are also unique to us. Our bodies act as containers for our souls and the divine spirits that guide us through our life journey being human.
In this workshop we will deepen into the experience of connection to our soul and our guidance. We will discover how to craft exquisite questions to gain help and guidance on a soul level, connect with our family line, our ancestry, the human spirit and our divine guidance. Fostering these relationships as we move through the descent our planet is experiencing, helps us to stay connected to our uniqueness and brings a richness to living a conscious life.

Understanding Your Energetic Body
This class is designed to be an introduction to the human energetic system, it’s structure, purpose and function. We will establish a vocabulary for discussing these topics as well as begin to develop the clairvoyance necessary to seeing these energy structures. We will discuss how the energy body may become damaged or wounded and how healing happens. Strategies and tools for maintaining and managing your energy body will be discussed and practiced. We will explore the relationship between our energy system and our reality, perception and relationships. This is the foundational pre-requisite for Advanced Understandings: Energetic Body . This is a three class series.
The fee for this series is $125. per person.

Understanding Your Energy Body for Youth Ages 11-17
This is a special one day class that will be geared toward helping young people understand their own energetic systems and trouble shoot the kinds of interactions that are encountered in their worlds. We will describe what happens energetically within families, friendships, classmates and teachers with an eye to smoothing the way toward respectful relationships and energetic safety. Minimum age 11.
Fee for this class is by donation, with all proceeds to go to a scholarship for younger students who wish to advance to the Understanding Your Energetic Body Series.
Advanced Understandings: Energetic Body
This class will take place every 3rd Sunday throughout the year. This is open to ongoing students who began this class in 2017 and welcomes new students who have completed Understanding Your Energy Body.
These ongoing classes broaden the vocabulary and understanding of the human energy system as well as describe in depth, tools and exercises to further develop clairvoyant sight associated with viewing your energy system. We will become familiar with moving through and mapping the frequencies of our consciousness and identifying the structured energy that creates our human template. Understanding the functions of your energy body, how to identify the structure of your energy system and how to navigate though your energy body. We will discuss energy pattern recognition and their implications. These classes are designed to give you an understanding of how the energy body functions, what it takes to wound it and what it takes to heal it. Along with this, we will discuss how human energy interacts, how it affects your relationships and how to safely interact energetically within society. One of the main topics will be understanding how our energetic system can help us stay connected to our planet as humans.
These classes will rotate through a twelve month series and can be taken in any order.
2018 fees for these individual classes are $45. per class payable at each class session OR classes may be purchased as a three class unit for $120.
